3. How do I earn points?

Just scan your e-card when you order at Hungry Wolves. You’ll earn 1 point for every AED 1 spent.

4. When can I redeem my points?

You can redeem anytime, starting from 100 points (AED 10).

5. Do my points expire?

Yes, points remain valid for 6 months from the date they are earned.

6. Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No. Points are non-transferable and linked directly to your account.

7. Where can I check my points balance?

Your balance is updated automatically on your e-card after every transaction.

8. Do I earn points on discounted items or promotions?

Points are earned on the net spend (after discounts, promotions, and taxes).

9. Can I use points and cash together?

Yes, you can pay part of your bill with points and the rest with cash/card.

10. What if I lose my e-card?

No worries. You can always re-download or re-save it from the signup link.

11. Do I need the Wellfit app to join?

Not at all. The Pack is app-free – just your e-card on your mobile wallet.

Terms & Conditions

1. Membership in The Pack loyalty program is free and open to all Hungry Wolves customers.

2. Points are awarded on net spend (after applying discounts, promotions, and taxes).

3. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or gift vouchers.

4. Redemption starts at a minimum of 100 points (AED 10).

5. All points expire 6 months from the date they are earned.

6. Points are non-transferable and tied to the registered member’s account.

7. Members are responsible for maintaining updated and correct details. Incorrect or missing details may impact point accumulation or redemption.

8. Hungry Wolves is not liable for points lost due to technical errors, delays, or unauthorized use of the member’s e-card.

9. The Pack loyalty program is valid only at Hungry Wolves outlets within the United Arab Emirates.

10. Hungry Wolves reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue The Pack loyalty program, including its terms, conditions, or rewards structure, at any time without prior notice.

11. Hungry Wolves reserves all rights related to the program in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
