At Hungry Wolves, we are always looking for ways to improve your experience and that includes making our loyalty program smarter, smoother, and more rewarding.

To help us do that, The Pack loyalty program is currently undergoing a major upgrade and platform migration.

During this transition period, the Hungry Wolves app will be temporarily unavailable for:

• Earning points
• Redeeming points
• Viewing loyalty activity

But don’t worry, all existing loyalty points linked to your account will remain safe during the migration process.

As part of the system upgrade and audit process, some accounts may experience:

• Recalculation of points that exceeded the defined earning rules
• Expiry correction for points older than 6 months (as per program Terms & Conditions)
• Adjustments related to historical points discrepancies or system variations

These updates are being made to ensure:

• Greater transparency
• Better accuracy
• A stronger loyalty experience moving forward
